Sport Week

This week at our pre-school we celebrated Sport Week, a fun and active week full of movement, teamwork, and healthy competition.

The children took part in a wide range of sports activities, including running, jumping, ball games, obstacle courses, and team challenges. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to develop their physical skills, build confidence, and enjoy being active with their friends.

As part of Sport Week, we also talked about the FIFA World Cup 2026, introducing children to the idea of international sport, teamwork, and different countries coming together through football. The children showed great interest and enthusiasm while learning about this exciting global event.

We also held our special Mini Olympics Day, where children took part in a variety of sporting events and challenges throughout the day. Everyone did incredibly well, demonstrating great effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

To celebrate their participation and achievements, each child received a medal for completing the competitions — a wonderful moment of pride and celebration for all.

It was a fantastic week filled with energy, fun, and learning through sport, and we are very proud of all the children for their enthusiasm and positive attitude throughout Sport Week.
